Scope: These terms are the end user licence agreement between you and Tik8.
The English version of this document is the binding legal version.
1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, installing or using a Tik8 app you accept these terms.
2. The licence we give you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the apps.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the apps.
4. Your content
What you write in a list is yours.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
5. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the apps or the sync service.
6. Price
The apps are free to download.
7. No warranty
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available".
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tik8 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Ending the licence
You can end this licence at any time by deleting the apps.
10. Apple and Google
Where you obtained an app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- This agreement is between you and Tik8 only, not with Apple.
Where you obtained an app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply in addition to these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms.
